The average American spends 80-90% of their time indoors, and according to the EPA, the air inside a home or office can be more seriously polluted than the outdoors, even in cities. Sources of indoor pollutants include pets, dust, excessive moisture, smoking, air fresheners, and much more. Potential effects of poor indoor air include asthma, allergies, immune deficiency, dizziness, fatigue, and memory loss. This presentation discusses strategies for eliminating indoor air pollutants. |
